Robert C. Barchiesi, II, Esq.

The firm is led by Attorney Robert C. Barchiesi II, who brings a rare, and full-spectrum perspective to legal defense.

He began his career as a sworn law enforcement officer and advanced into supervisory investigative roles, leading complex investigations involving homicides, narcotics trafficking, cold cases, and white-collar crimes. He directed investigative teams and built cases from inception through prosecution.

After becoming an attorney, he served in prosecutorial and policy-shaping roles, handling major felony matters and advising on criminal justice operations. He later transitioned fully into defense practice, representing individuals and businesses in sophisticated criminal, civil, and immigration matters — including cases involving parallel investigations and government enforcement actions.

Mr. Barchiesi is admitted in multiple federal district courts, several United States Courts of Appeals, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), allowing him to represent clients across jurisdictions nationwide.

Having worked on every side of the system — investigator, prosecutor, and defense counsel — he understands how cases are built, how they are prosecuted, and how they are defended.
